Post Op Day #4

Another tube has been removed! The NG tube that has been keeping Diane's stomach empty is history. She still is not allowed to eat or drink, but the discomfort of the tube is gone. She has been walking around the corridors of the floor today. I would estimate the number of walks to be seven! We have hopes that two more lines will be removed tomorrow. Please continue to pray for a complete and speedy recovery. I met Kathy and her family today at the Hope Lodge. Kathy is having her surgery in the morning, please lift up her and her family in your prayers.

What good news about the NG tube.
Diane you are well on her way !!!
And walking the halls is awesome too.

Praise God for all he has done for you guys !!!

I look so forward to these entries !!!
Thank you for taking the time to inform all of us.

We have and will keep Kathy in our prayers.

You guys are such a walking, talking testimony for them.
They can see first hand what God can do in sickness.

You both are always on my mind, as well as in my heart & my prayers.

We love you tons !!!!

Rest well my friends

Dear Jeff & Diane,

Although I have been thinking of you, this is the first letter that I write you here.
I suppose the difficulty you are suffering after the sugery would still be beyound our imagination, but it sure is great to hear from you that everything is getting well with you day by day.
To be honest I am not a christan but I have been praying for Diane. I hope the God is generous enough to include me to your prayer.
I believe that you will get over.
Please keep being positive.

Sincerely,
Chiaki
